Complaint about Currys PC World

On 25th January bought JVC television paid all cash bar £29.99 declined any insurance or care plan, to then find £5.90 taken unauthorised from my Bank account on 28th January !!! surely this is an illegal practice and let would like to know who or how is carried out this transaction without permission, and l want my money back.
