Payment sent to the wrong bank account

Complaint about EOS Claims

The company have accepted my claim and agreed to pay it, but have send me a confirmation showing the wrong bank account details. I have told them of the error and the payment was apparently made to this account 9 days ago but i told them 9 days ago it was wrong. Since then i have had no reply other than stating they will pay me if the money gets sent back. The payment error is a human data entry error as they take your payment details from a written email and not from a data collection form. But they are denying this is the case
