Complaint about The Phone Spot

I had a phone call from carphone warehouse about my upgrade that was due on the 31st january 2017. I couldnt remember if i got my original phone from them or direct from o2 so went along with doung the upgrade. I now find out it was someone called phonespot and i want to cancell the whole thing but i cant get hold of them at all! I tried to contact them online but tells me to sign up to them so i registered on their website but as im doing they've blocked me telling me to call them. So again i try calling but cant get through! How am i supoosed to get hold of them. I am really angry that they are passing themselves as carphone warehouse and the fact i didnt get my phone from them in the first place. I want to cancel and just go through my provider like i originally done! Absolute jokers!!!!
