Complaint about ParcelHero
I paid over £50 for a delivery of a card from uk to Vietnam. I paid extra for an earlier delivery but it was still estimated one week. Tracking information told me that there was no problem and that it was on track to be delivered on time. However this info did not change and the packet status was that it was in a warehouse on cologne. No one advised me that there was a problem. I tried numerous times to contact them by email and call centre. Call centre was busy but said to leave a tel number and I would be called back. I was not. Eventually an email chat told me that they did not know what why it was held up. Eventually after 4 more emails I was told it could not be delivered because it was not a document and that I would not be reimbursed. In several emails I have asked for a tracking number. 3 days after the estimated delivery date I have not received any knfptmstiln and my emails are ignored. Where do I go next?
