Complaint about Fone Angels

I sent Fone Angels 2 ipads in November. Since then, they have asked for more money for additional repairs on the devices - the first of which I paid for no problem. The second, I ran into problems with their World Pay payment system - I filled out the form correctly twice, and it seemed to go through both times. I tried calling the company to double check, but no one ever answers. Believing everything to be fine, I waited another few weeks (til late January), before trying to contact the company again through their online form. No answer. I started emailing the company. No answer. Since then I have emailed Fone Angels on every possible address I can find, phoned them repeatedly with no answer, tweeted them several times, contacted them on facebook. They are refusing to answer and the more I research online, the more worried I'm becoming that I will never see my ipads or money again. It's so upsetting, and at this point, I don't even care about the repairs, I just want my money and ipads back.
