Complaint about Brightlife UK

I submitted my original complaint to you some considerable time ago...... you sent an answer to my complaint which I did not agree with .... I have since, sent you many various e-mails, however, you have NOT ANSWERED ANY OF THEM!! My original complaint related to the fact that you charged me £82.90 for my order which was totally incorrect! You have since contacted me and have apparently amended the total cost of my order...... the total has been amended to reflect the sale prices of the products in my order (amended total price = in excess of £30.00), please confirm that the refund to my account was processed? THE MAIN REASON WHY I AM STILL TRYING TO CONTACT YOU IS BECAUSE I AM STILL NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ANSWER TO MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT IE, YOU HAVE STILL OVERCHARGED ME CONCERNING THE PRODUCTS THAT I ORDERED (WHICH INCLUDED THE P@ P COST AND THE DISCOUNT VOUCHER INFORMATION THAT I CONTACTED YOU ABOUT AT THE TIME OF MY ORDER!!) YOU HAVE NOT ANSWERED ANY OF MY E-MAILS!!!!! PLEASE INVESTIGATE THE ISSUES THAT I HAVE RAISED IN THIS (MY SECOND) COMPLAINT!!!! P MACKENZIE
