Complaint about Lovely Flora World

190098 Order for 2 separate deliveries to be made....both orders stated delivery 3rd February 2017. One delivery has been made and one delivery hasn't! It was being delivered to my friend at her place of work so there will be no way of getting the delivery now. Can't speak to anyone even though the contact us states that Customer advisors are available up to 5.30!!!!! An email is the only point of contact which simply states they will contact you within 48 hours.... Make all delivery information visible and state on front page delivery could take 2 or more or even may not be delivered!
