Hi The letter was p[osted from Hong Kong on 27/1/17 .It contained a cheque book for TSB Lloyds bank. When it arrived it was in a Royal Mail Poly bag saying it had been damaged, The cheque book was missing. I have been in touch with TSB LLoyds and the cheques have been caancelled. Bryan Davies.
