Complaint about Currys PC World

I purchased a HP laptop at the beginning of the new year, and upon completing the transaction with the gent who was serving me and my boyfriend, we specifically said we didn't want the cover on the laptop. I noticed recently I was charged £7 to my debit card for product support even though we specified the cover was not wanted. I want this cancelled and a FULL refund because the charge shouldn't have been there in the first place and I feel we were not listened to in store.
