Complaint about Wren Kitchens
My kitchen fitter began work on my kitchen 30th January 17, my kitchen was supposed to be finished Thursday of that week. Apart from the first problem where the plumber couldn't fit the sink because none of the relevant fitting were delivered, the next problem is that the Kitchen designer has mis-measured and left a huge gap between my dishwasher and the breakfast bar, there was a unit there before so it leaves an exposed wall and pipes etc. This is apparently an error I have to pay for, so my kitchen remains unfinished with no dishwasher fitted cos there is nothing to secure it to an one side, I am not paying and Wrens will not budge. So disappointed when I have paid all that money and comes down £123, there are also items which I do not need which I said I will return, but they don't do returns. We could just swap but no they wont. Never dealt with a company that is unwilling to put right a mistake.
