Complaint about Vodafone

After having billing issues with Vodafone over the last 12 months, I was advised to pay my recent bill over the phone. Saturday morning I did just this. I was advised by the advisor after he had taken my card details that my payment wasn't successful and I should contact my bank. I immediately phoned the bank to be informed that the payment had in fact been authorised and sent twice! My bank account had been emptied. I was then informed that they had actually tried 6 times in total but bank only authorised 2. A total of £455. I then called back Vodafone and was told that I hadn't made the payments and they certainly haven't received them. Now today is Monday I left work early to go to Vodafone shop as advised to prove with bank statements that this payment has been made. The staff in store were helpful and agreed that there is definitely an error on my account but unfortunately told me that their hands were tied as head office had refused to give my money back as my account is still in arrears as no payment has been made! The staff showed me my account screen which showed my account as having an overdue balance of £277 however also showing an overpayment of £455. I am at my wits end as I am now overdrawn in my bank and no one is giving me any answers.

After promising refund several times still nothing! I feel now that I am just being told what I want to hear whenever I contact Vodafone. I have 2 text messages to confirm refunds dating back 10/2/17 yet still nothing. This is now unacceptable.
