Complaint about Supanet

My boyfriend took out supanet broadband a year a ago and they needed a £2 activation fee at the time my boyfriend didnt have money in his account so he asked supanet if he could use my bank card to pay £2 and they said yes and there after the bill every month would come out of his bank account. Supanet was supposed to delete my account details after they took out the £2 but they never but here we are a year later and supanet have breeched my boyfriends broadband 4 times in 4 months so he phoned them and tried to cancel but they wanted to keep him as a customer so they said they would add £50 credit on his account so that would make him have a month and a half free of broadband but that never happened and they sent him out a bill over £60 and he said he wasnt paying it as they breeched his contract and his bill was only ment to be £31 , so after he cancelled his direct debit and supanet couldn't get money from him supanet then went in to my bank and too £69.23 from my account which they shouldnt have done.
