Engineer didn't show

Complaint about ScS

After phoning from 10am trying to resolve an issue with a refund they had given me on my card is had no luck. At 7:50 pm I spoke with a lady who arranged a call out to credit my card until I could resolve the issue in the morning. I was told up to 4 hours I had to wait for the engineer to show, even after I explained I had no gas/ heating or hot water and a 9 month old with a bad illness. It's now 1:01am the next day and still no engineer. I will be phoning first thing but I am very unhappy.
