I emailed joie with a complaint due to there is anchor advance car seat was dangerous and my child ended up in a&e due to it. I had no response so I tried again. Nothing. So I went on fb and complained to which then over a week later they gave me a number still no email. I then emailed the ship I brought it from who was very helpful and replied that day. They contacted joie who finally contacted me with on email and that was it then the next day one email still not resolving anything finally a few days later theyears tell me what I need to do to get a refund so I did. Sent them what they asked for oh and once again still no email. So there car seat is still sat here waiting to be picked up. I would never ever by anything from them again. And as for there car seat I warn people who have it to make sure it is secure as ours was faulty. The car seat we have now is fabulous rear facing and no incidents or accidents. I'm appalled with how awful the service is and how rude the staff are.
