Complaint about The Phone Spot

My contract came to an end and didn't want to upgrade my phone so I downgraded to a sim only rolling contract. First call happened on the 1st January 2017 they called back on the 3rd after I'd thought about it a bit. Now it's the 7th Feb and they've called me every day some times even twice a day. You'd think it would be on their system that my tariff has changed but they still feel the need to call. I have asked them at least 20 times to stop calling and they said I have to go online and block sales calls if I'm sick of getting them. What an absolute farce. Should of just gone to O2 like I'd planned. Nuisance calls and harassment which I don't have time for.
