Hi, I made two purchases on shpock to another user called "Sofie .T" her real name is "Sophie O'Neil" ive since found out. As u can guess i didnt recieve the items and i haven't had a reply from her regarding them, dispite many attempts to do so, i payed via bank transfer and im told i cant do anytging about it, after looking into the girl and her account it appears im not the only one she has done this to. Can you help in anyway? Kind regards Adam Foster.
