Complaint about DPD

DPD was supposed to deliver my package which was for next day delivery. Someone was at home to receive the delivery however I received a message letting me know the package was unable to be delivered. Having called customer service twice asking if it can be redelivered today the first person I spoke to was unhelpful and the second said maybe the person at home popped out which is impossible as I sent regular map details of where the driver was and how long to our address. Moreover I received no txts from DPD and had to go online to check myself. The driver took a picture of the bin storage door which can only lead me to believe the buzzer was never rung in the first place for my property as he would have taken a picture of the actual entrance to the propert. This has caused me great inconvenience as I have had someone waiting for hours today to collect the package and shall have to do the same tomorrow. DPD need to sort things out and take ownership rather than making excuses for their drivers that quite frankly are insulting.
