Complaint about Seasonal Holidays

on arrival at the apartments.no reception.we had to try and find keys at 3am.inside the apartments.very substandard.we were charged a belearic island tax.that was not mentioned.all phone numbers on paperwork unaccessable.including booking the shuttle bus on the return journey home.in all very stressfull as you feel like you are stranded.i was frustrated.once home i contacted seasonal holidays.that wanted me to send in reciepts for out of pocket expenses.i sent this along with a statement and photo graphic evidence inside and outside the apartments.i have heard nothing in over 4 months.i went to abta.and seasonal holidays wont even respond to them
