Automatic unauthorised debit

Complaint about Venntro

I signed for a one month subscription. I assumed that I would either choose to rejoin or let my full membership lapse after the one month period. However, I was charged for the second month which I did not authorise. If an automatic billing system is in force, customers should be made aware of this more clearly. I did not see anywhere that this was the case. Such an important matter should not be written in the small print under Terms and Conditions. I request a full refund of the amount debited from my account. My account number is 60491160.

This issue is NOT resolved. I am waiting for a full month refund for funds illegally debited from my account.
