Complaint about Credit Perfect

hi on the 30th of sep I wrote to creditperfect as £14.99 was taken from my account by them,i emailed to be told it was non refundable but the account was closed and no more money would be taken.i I checked my online banking a few days ago and again creditperfect has took £14.99 in January and £14.99 in feb.i have the emails saved from when I wrote too them on the 30th of sep the 2 girls I was talking with were very rude.i emailed creditperfect 4 days ago wanting a refund and they have not still not got back to me,almost £45 out of pocket with 2 kids too look after is no good!how do these rip off companys get away with it.
