Complaint about Currys PC World

I bought a TVs before Christmas on a credit card, I was skied if I wanted product support in case I needed help setting up my tv, I said no thank you, the sales man continued by telling me it would be free for the first month, I asked if any payment would've taken for it, I was told no, I noticed that a payment had been taken last month, I didn't know how to cancel with them so I called my credit card. company to stop payments and it has yet again come out at £7.50, so now I'm £15 down plus the charge to call my credit card company for something I didn't want in the first place
