Complaint about Shpock

I've tried contacting Shpock about this outgoing mail issue asking for help, I have sold an item & have no way at all of corresponding or replying :( it upsets me greatly that my buyer would think I am ignoring their messages & ultimately I don't want to be reported as a result of this. I've checked all my phone settings so therefore the issue must lie with Shpock. I can no longer log into my original account & my item has disappeared from Shpock completely!? Please help & advise me of how to resolve this issue. Thank you Clare Collier
