Complaint about Wren Kitchens
My wife and I ordered and paid for a new kitchen in November, we paid extra for delivery to be brought forward to the 16th December. Part of the kitchen arrived, we chased and were promised the rest would arrive early in January. No refund was offered for the early delivery payment at this stage. Some more units arrived in January, and some at the start of February. Due to our remote location we specifically requested that the order should come in one delivery. We were notified that part of the order would be delayed and that stage we requested Wren to hold onto the whole order until they were ready to make full delivery. This they did not do. Instead we have it coming in dribs and drabs, which is not acceptable, each delivery has a basic cost of about £120, as we are paying the onward shipping costs. We tell our joiner the rest of the stuff should be here, he comes and has a look and tells us it is not, we then start the hamster wheel again. All in, we are regretting having purchased with Wren and could not recommend them to anyone. Three extra deliveries to date, so the decision to use Wren has cost me nearly £400 to date, over and above the cost of the kitchen.
