Complaint about Damart

After placing an order with you,my parcel was deliverd while I was out shopping so the courier put my parcels in the recycling bin on what can only be described as a very wet day ,everything was soaked,then when I found one item not suitable I tried on line to return it with Hermes ,they took all the detail and my credit card details but no attatchment came with the email,contacted your customer services but they were not interested,I ended up sending the parcel through the Royal mail,so all together it cost me £8,I am very displeased with your service and will consider wether I will shop with you again.

This delivery method by our courier partner is unacceptable and I will be happy to give them feedback and ask them to investigate why it was left in an unsecure location.
