Complaint about Network West Midlands

I have re-newed my yearly rail pass and am totally annoyed and frustrated due to the fact I am blocked at the turnstiles at Birmingham New Street on a daily basis. My pass is being checked by staff who look at me like I am trying to scam the system, people in the queues behind me are moaning and tutting as I am holding them up. Marston Green Station kindly replaced the ticket but it still has this problem. I do not expect to be paying £750.00 a year to encounter this problem.Please can you do something about this.I have missed my train home twice in the last three weeks due to platform changes which mean my pass has to be checked up to three times to get to the platform.
