Complaint about Vodafone

We had noticed something wrong with our bills so we contacted Vodaphone who advised that they were swapping systems at the time and not to make any payment to the account, this caused us to get into arrears with them. We were then getting huge data charges through and was not being told about them which caused further arrears. Vodaphone were aware of the issue and would cut the service of, they then would turn it back on after a phone call. They aslo wouldnt let us use our insurance that we were paying for due to the arrears. They have now landed us with a 1600 bill which is unacceptable.
