Complaint about Hotpoint

I've had to ring up three time to get anywhere with this tumble dryer recall and they still want to charge me for the replacement. They arranged for me to have a modification then said they have no details of an engineer attending my property at 7am on a sunday to fix the tumble dryer that they didn't even advise who was coming and when and what for they were doing. So I feel like something is not right with all this.. not knowing something has been booked in. I live in a flat i'm a single mum with a daughter who has a medical condition. It frustrates me that other customers including my family members that are getting theres free!. I need someone to help me I do not feel safe with faulty equipment this is there mess there responsibility there duty of care. Any suggestions would be greatful. Thank You
