Complaint about Xercise4Less
I filled in the online form to cancel my membership due to medical grounds,I then cancelled my direct debit,not used the gym since July 2016,phoned a company called harlands that kept sending me bills for none payment,the lad on the phone said my membership wasn't cancelled due to the fact I didn't prove that I had a medical condition on the online form!! I'm sorry but my personal health is my business and I shouldn't have to give them any documentation to prove otherwise,think this company is very insensitive,greedy and morally out of order!!!!!
