Complaint about Currys PC World
I purchased a meile vacuum online which was faulty. I returned it to the Ipswich store and was told it would be returned to meile..two days later I was told it was repaired..I again made the 20 miles trip to collect it only to find it had not been!!! I was served by Sam H..who was so rude to me and kept me waiting for Almost any hour .doubting every thing I told him.. Eventually after standing at the counter not being given any indication of what he was doing ..he decided to return my appliance to meile..which then left me without a vacuum cleaner AGAIN....all over the store i read your motto..:puting you first"" well i never felt at any time i was a valued customer..more an inconvenience.. I'm totally dissatisfied that despite the fact that my appliance was only a few weeks old, I had to make 3 long trips to the store, and expense I didn't need only to be treated this way..I could have taken my custom many other directions & certainly wish now that I did...
