Complaint about Purple Bricks Estate Agents

I lost my mother and needed a quick sale to move to look after my father. I told Purplebricks this, they said no problem all fine. I hv never sold b4 & knew nothing of flats above shops being an issue to buyers. After 3 different buyers hv paid for surveys etc months & months later (nearly 10mths) they are now saying they don't 'think' it's mortgagable. They never chased, helped, looked in to issues. The agent to show people around was always late & gave buyers wrong information. I am so upset. If you go to a clothes shop you expect the staff to know their products etc surely the same applies here? To top it off they now what me to pay £1450 for a 'service' I hv never received, as I was TOLD no up front fee. If he knew what he was doing my flat would not still be for sale. The first 2 emails from post 'support' even called me Mr Farrow, that's how much they care. I am off sick with it all. All I wanted to do was look after my father & I was completely coned into signing up as there were buyers ready, but they should have warned me of the possible mortgage issues.
