Complaint about Currys PC World

I have an entry of £10 Product Support AG on my credit card dated 06/02/17. I bought MacBook Air on 07/01/17. I specifically requested no Product Support and MOBY the sales assistant said it appeared on the receipt he had removed it with a Manager Offer - Manager Discretion entry. I would like this debit cancelled on my card. thanks

I rest assured that you work for the company and it would not be appropriate for you to concur with my concerns. However many of these complaints relate to customers unwittingly signing up to Product Suuport. Perhaps you could put a suggestion in the suggestions box advising management to reassess the process of signing customers up for Product Support!
