Complaint about viagogo

Hey, Guys sold 2 tkts for January 7th 2017 show and as viagogo website states was supposed to get money within 10 business days to my Paypal account starting from January 11th. Today is February and no money arrived yet. In My account it says "Payment Failed" although transaction for similar event went OK and money were received. On the phone after entering order number computer says this problem could be solved only via website online help form and does not connect me to a person to talk to! I wrote three letters through viagogo website online help form about this situation last and previous weeks and got no answer so far although they promise to get back to me within 48hours . And that is absolutely disgusting! This company owes me lots of $$$ and they don't even care to write me back an email explaining the situation!!!
