Complaint about Ticket Selection

I ordered two tickets back in September for greenday at leeds. I paid £260 for them and the company never got them to me, despite many emails and phone calls requesting them. They told me that a courier would deliver them outside the venue, and not only did he not turn up, but he also turned off his phone, and I have never been able to get in contact with them since the day of the missed concert ( 5-2-2017 ) . Please can anyone help me. I have lost my job and cannot afford to lose so much money. Kind regards Caroline.
