Complaint about Wowcher
Having placed an order I did not follow the instructions in time as there was a problem with my emails and I did not receive any goods but I was charged. I was informed I had a voucher as replacement but when I tried to redeem it it did not work and I then found out later my card account had been debited again for the same amount without me entering my card number or finishing the transaction. I am still waiting for a reply to my email explaining this situation as this company has my money and I have no goods. Surely having not received the goods this company should now reimburse me.
