Complaint about Currys PC World

Still taking money from my credit card for product support without EVER contacting me to see if I still require it. The computer it refers to has not been used for nearly 12 months. Not at all easy to find out how to cancel as computer was bought for third party and the only reference I have is 74698177027020026426408

Hi Andrea. Was the purchase registered in your name and address? If so, can you please private message your full address including postcode? If it was registered in the third party's details, please contact your Card Provider to submit a Request For Information.
