Complaint about Fone Angels

I took my iPad mini to Fone Angels on 6th January 2016 to get the screen repaired. I was told it would not be fixed for 10-15 days. I agreed and left it with them. I was contacted a couple of days later to say there was another problem that needed fixing - the volume control. Still trusting the company at this stage I agreed. After waiting for three weeks and hearing nothing I contacted the company and asked about the status of the repair. I was told by e-mail that the repair had not been completed but it was in the queue and would be completed shortly. After waiting another week (on the 2nd February)I e-mailed again asking about the status of the order and saying I was not happy with the service. Since then I have not heard anything back at all. Despite sending more e-mails and phoning I have still heard nothing. They refuse to answer the phone and are not replying to e-mails. I would never use this company again.
