Complaint about Utilita

We were supposed to have are smart meters fitted on Wednesday between 12 and 4 pm. After waiting in allay for them, I called them at 4.15 to say that nobody turned up to fit the meters. They than told me that the job had been aborted due to there being no answer when they called to the house. I was at home Alsatian eating them them they even said that the engineer had take a photo of my front door to prove he had been to the address. I have two dogs that sit in my window and bark at everything that walks past. I am so annoyed.
