Complaint about DSP Custom Apparel

I ordered a grandma bracelet in pink on December 17th. The confirmation email stated they would notify me in 7-10 business days with my tracking number. After several weeks went by I went to the company website and put my order # in the search box. There was no record of my order. I emailed them several times and after not receiving a response, I called them 3 times. No live reps just a voicemail that stated they would call back. They never did. I stated my intent to report them to the BBB. Today I received an email from them asking me to rate them and take a photo of my order!!!!. I want my money back, I don't know how to get a refund from this company
