Complaint about Ticket Selection

I purchased tickets in either the end of november,or the start of december to see the strictly show at the o2 on the 12/2/17. I have kept ticket selection in the loop explaining that because i am dissabled I can not arrange to collect my tickets from the venue,as I have to pre book the help I will need to get there. I.e the train,tube,carer and taxis if need be. Have had several emails telling me that they understand and have made notes regarding my issuse. It is now twenty to one of the day of the show!!!!!! (starts at 1.30) Even if they were to send me e tickets I no longer have any chance of getting to london in half an hour!!! Shocking and dissgusting that I have been treated like this,no explanation or appolagy. I hope they dont make me fight for a complete and total refund,but I have all there emails. And push come to shove,I will be going to the newspaper and to the dissabillity advice service. I have been let down beyond let down. I kept them informed,they just kept telling me not to panic!! I pray othets are not as unlucky as myself,and this is just a mistake on there part. But I will not be buying tickets again from them.

Thank you for not making me have to fight and wait even longer for a refund. Am very grumpy that you failed us and we missed the show. And not replying to emails is very poor. Im sure all your other customers would rather no if there was going to be an issue rather than being ignored. Very poor. But i have my money back,so case closed. Michael

It sacked that they didn't send or explain why I didn't receive any tickets,but am very pleased I have a refund. Case closed,but will never use them again. M
