Complaint about The Phone Spot

I had a call from phone spot and said I could upgrade, I asked for the Samsung s7 as it was highly rated, I got the handset and first week was fine, it then started to freeze and just not work properly so I rang phone spot within 14 days and I said I need to send this phone back I'd prefer to change to the edge if possible as I'm really not happy with this handset ... I was told I'd have to post the s7 and wait upto 5 days then they'll send me a received notice and then they can send new handsets so I said your making me go over a week with no phone? I have medical issues and have just got out of hospital so I need access to a phone 24/7 .. I was told that's my only option . Even though I was told my phone spot and carphone warehouse that I could take the handset into my local carphone warehouse and get a new handset there and then if needed ... the guy at phone spot gave me no other option but to post it which I didn't feel confident doing so he said that's all I can do so I then said your leaving a customer unhappy? And he said yes there's no other option! I'm utterly disgraced and am still in need of a new handset as the freezing is getting worse! Not what I expect at all!
