Complaint about Alpharooms
I booked with Alpha rooms for 26th Feb for a week in Costa Teguise. Due to a mix up with flights (my fault) I had to modify the booking and change the dates to 5th Feb. I completed the Modify booking as required and paid in Full the cost of the new accommodation and admin charge and was told I would be refunded the original booking cost. I later emailed to find out when I would get the refund they said it would be between 3 and 5 working days. Over the last week I have messaged them as still no refund and I am not getting any reply from numerous messages. Today it has been 2 weeks since the booking.
