Complaint about Shpock

I requested to have my account deleted after a few bad experiences on the Shpock App. The """ Customer service agent - Kathi""""" gave me instructions on how to close messages to enable my account to be deleted. I followed Kathi's instructions and was informed that my account could not be deleted. I informed Kathi that she is Violating my rights and the Shpock T&C's by forcing me to have an active profile that I do not want. Shpock have been ignoring my emails, their telephone line does not ring, they blocked me on twitter when I reached out for customer service and feedback . I have posted on Facebook- I will probably be blocked there too. The people that manage the service department of this app are shameful in the way they Violate human rights. I will be pursuing legal recourse should Shpock continue to violate my rights to not have an active account on their social media platform . Forcing an Individual to have an online profile against their will is a violation of human as well as privacy laws. Delete my account - my next step will be legal recourse. You cannot force someone into having an account that they do not want.

This matter was finally resolved- I did leave a comment below as I could not close the complaint without a response from the business.

Shpock finally deleted my account after I posted non stop on various social media platforms and informed them that i had reported them to the EU Consumer Protection office and CCPIC . The matter is finally closed after a lot of unpleasantness.
