Shocking customer service and charging increct amounts

Complaint about Supanet

I had contract with Supanet for 1 year. At the start of the contract they have charge me wrong amount, and they have send wrong box to set up. I could not use the service at the start and no refund. Now I have moved and I cannot take the contract with me and they have charged me twice for the cancellation fee. as well they have double charged for month service at the end. I had to call them. The employee was taking to me like they are giving me a favor that they will repay the illegal amount taken. the still own me £60 Do not use this company for any circumstances
