Complaint about Ticket Selection

We purchased 2 tickets in September for a green day concert with ticket selection. After several e mails to ticket selection, the only response we received was what is your order number. We never received a confirmation e mail when booking, so we had no order number. 1 hr before the show we had a phone call from a courier who said he was delivering the tickets, which would have made the time of delivery 6pm The concert was at 7 in Manchester and we live in Cumbria, we had no chance of making the concert on time. The courier gave me the order number Again I have sent e mails to ticket selection, with a reply that they are dealing with it, please can you get us our money back for 230.68.
