Complaint about Xercise4Less
I joined xercise for less Newport branch with my partner back in summer 2016. We then moved away by 70 miles and therefore could no longer attend the gym. We then filled out the cancellation form online and gave proof of our new address and received a conformation email a few days later to say it had been accepted. We then paid our final direct debit in December 2016. Xercise for less cancelled my partners direct debit but never cancelled mine, so we cancelled it through the bank. We had our confirmation email so didn't see the problem. Few months on and I am receiving threatening emails and texts, I have contacted hartlands who have said keep contacting them but can never help or advise and the £25 charge has continued to increase. We haven't done anything wrong, so why all the hassle and the threatening emails and texts?
