Complaint about Coca-Cola London Eye
I was down in London for a few days and booked the London eye through my rail ticket 2for1 for Saturday 28th Jan. I booked the time slot of 1pm as the website stated it lasted approx 30mins. We had out train to catch home to Edinburgh at 4pm. When we arrived I was told to join the massive queue. I explained I had a time slot booked and was told that is still the queue I need to stand on. To which he laughed and said it's the weekend of course we are busy. The queue is approx 1hr 30mins wait. The abrupt gentleman called Eric stated it didn't matter I booked a time slot I had to wait. I explained the situation of having a train to catch home and he said it wasn't his problem. I asked for a refund as nowhere on the website does it state if you book a time slot you still need to stand on the normal queue on the day. If that was the case I wouldn't have pre-booked tickets before hand. He didn't want to listen. I then spoke to Joel who said he couldn't help me. I then spoke to a man in a grey jacket and blue shirt but he didn't want to listen and said join the queue or lose out. I had to walk away as I had to catch a train home. Very disappointed in the way I was treated and spoken to. I have tried making contact with London eye and no return email or call. I want an apology and refund for my ticket.
