Complaint about viagogo
Basically I purchased the tickets on 24 December and was charged £459.72 which was not the amount I thought I would be paying as it included a £98.17 booking fee which I would never have agreed to pay. At the time of buying the tickets when I was on the Viagogo website it was not clear that the transaction had gone through so I tried again and on checking my statement realised that I had been charged for the original amount, plus £352.58, this included a £72.23 booking fee on 25 December for 4 more tickets. I tried to get into my Viagogo account and went through the link on their website to reset my password (4 times I have tried this) and never get a reply. As the booking fee was not made clear I wanted to cancel the tickets and get a refund. Also on reading the bad reviews I doubt if I will ever see the tickets and don't want to take that risk, I want them to refund my money. I have looked on the internet and tried numerous phone numbers for the company and they all have the same answering machine message. I also emailed them to say that I have been trying to contact them to reset my password and no-one has come back to me. On looking at the reviews on this company on various websites on the internet it seems that there are a lot of angry customers out there who have lost money. This company needs investigating as they are not charging customers what they are quoting. They are not interested in their customers once they have taken your money.
