We have been trying since April last year to get a ticket refund from Expedia, the ticket was for my 81 year old mum, but she got ill and couldn't go to america, she is now 82, and i am still trying to get the refund, as i spoke to customer services, who agreed it has taken far too long, and he said that he would priority a Escalation, to head office in america and i would get a email, that was last Friday, he gave me a Itinerary number 111000192700 and a case number135777618 i have heard nothing, this company seems to have no care or compassion, and the fact that virgin, atlantic have approved the refund, way back in may, i find very annoying and frustrating. My mothers name is Mrs Melvalyn White and my name is Robert White, after reading other stories of you helping people it would be fantastic, if my mum could get the same success. yours faithfully R White
