afternoon On Monday the 6th of February 2017 I contacted a member of staff from the harlands team to see who they were and why they were taking £10 a month from my bank account. I was told they take payments for gym memberships which iam not part of a gym however I was but cancelled this on the 29-09-2015 I was aware that I have to give a 30 day notices period also. I rang exercise for less and spoke with a gent who advised me that I still had a live membership I was put through to a receptionist as I knew this was cancelled as I filled in the relevant paper work she called me back to say that it was cancelled and found my form. She sent a email to harlands to get this cancel and my money returned back. After several phone calls to harlands and exercise for less I've been told to email you myself as you can imagine I'm not impressed what so ever I'm going back and forth and still none the wiser I find this disgusting as I cancelled my membership and yet you still take the money each month from my bank account personally to me your at fault as you (never requested my membership to be cancelled also told by staff at harlands) I'm sick of the countless calls and getting no where. I want the money put straight back into my account and I would also like a Reimbursing for my trouble and the company's acts of negligence I would be grateful if I can be contacted regarding this matter as I will be taking this further. Also today the 14.02.2017 harlands have received a email stating I have cancelled membership but no request to refund my money Regards Sarah
