Complaint about eDreams

I will never book flights with Edreams again. We got them for €130.00 cheaper than booking them on the Ryanair website and it has been a disaster. We added two 15 kilos bags to our itinerary but when receiving our itinerary from Ryanair there were no bags included. I phoned Edreams 4 times to be told the same thing that my bags will be added to the trip and that they would send an email to the relevant department. I was told the 2nd time i phoned that I would receive the up to date itinerary within 48 hours. Received nothing. I was then told the 4th time I phoned that I would have to pay for the bags myself and Edreams would refund me the money i said if I were to wait for them to refund me id be waiting a very long time. I was put on hold for a manager for 25 mins whom I never got to speak to. There customer service is appalling.
